Electrical Supervisor Installations and Service
A fast growing renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead field standards, own compliance, and act as the Company’s nominated Qualified Supervisor under its WA Electrical Contractor Licence.
This is a senior, high impact role focused on safety, quality, and technical leadership across installations and service.

What you will do
• Act as the nominated Qualified Supervisor on the company Electrical Contractor Licence
• Ensure all installation and service work meets WA regulations and Australian Standards including AS NZS 3000, AS NZS 4777 and AS NZS 5033
• Certify prescribed electrical work, manage Notices of Completion, and liaise with utilities and regulators
• Drive a strong safety first culture across internal teams and subcontractors
• Conduct site audits, spot checks, and quality reviews to lift workmanship standards
• Lead toolbox talks, technical coaching, and ongoing skills development
• Provide high level technical support and fault finding for solar, battery, inverter, and monitoring systems
• Develop and improve SOPs, checklists, and compliance processes as the business scales
• Work closely with operations and scheduling to ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to standard
• Report on safety, compliance, and performance KPIs to leadership
What you will bring
• WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• Eligible and willing to be the company nominated Qualified Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of residential solar and battery installations
• Experience supervising electricians and installation teams
• Working at Heights, White Card, and valid WA Driver Licence
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of accountability and safety leadership
What is on offer
• Base salary of 160,000 to 175,000 + Super
