Electrical Supervisor – Leading Manufacturing Company | Warwick Farm |  Permanent Day Shift | $58/hr + Overtime | Team Leadership Role

A leading manufacturing company based in Warwick Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to lead a small team on a permanent day shift. This is a hands-on role offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, well-established environment.

About the Role: As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for supervising a team of two electricians, coordinating maintenance tasks, and playing an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.
Shift:

  • Permanent Day Shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available as required
  • $58 per hour + superannuation + overtime
Key Responsibilities:
  • As the Electrical Supervisor you will supervise and support a team of two electricians
  • The Electrical Supervisor will perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
  • This Electrical Supervisor will diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtime
  • The Electrical Supervisor will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and electrical standards
  • The Electrical Supervisor will liaise with production and maintenance teams to prioritise tasks
  • As the Electrical Supervisor you will keep accurate records of work performed and equipment status
  • Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements
Requirements:
  • Current and valid Electrical License (NSW)
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commitment to safety and quality work standards
