A leading manufacturing company based in Warwick Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor
to lead a small team on a permanent day shift. This is a hands-on role offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, well-established environment.
About the Role: As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for supervising a team of two electricians, coordinating maintenance tasks, and playing an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.
Shift:
- Permanent Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available as required
- $58 per hour + superannuation + overtime
- As the Electrical Supervisor you will supervise and support a team of two electricians
- The Electrical Supervisor will perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
- This Electrical Supervisor will diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtime
- The Electrical Supervisor will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and electrical standards
- The Electrical Supervisor will liaise with production and maintenance teams to prioritise tasks
- As the Electrical Supervisor you will keep accurate records of work performed and equipment status
- Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements
- Current and valid Electrical License (NSW)
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
