I am currently recruiting for an experienced Environmental Advisor to join a leading Tier 2 civil construction company based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage environmental compliance across multiple infrastructure and civil projects
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental risk assessments
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all reporting is up to date and accurate
- Provide training and support to site teams on environmental best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to sustainability goals
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within civil construction (roads, earthworks, utilities, or infrastructure)
- Sound knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance frameworks in QLD
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
