This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong residential volume or investment building experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing both people and process.
The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of 2 estimators
- Oversee the full estimating function across sales and production
- Take a hands-on approach to estimating when required
- Drive efficiencies and accuracy across systems and processes
- Work closely with procurement and get involved in supplier negotiations
- Run and improve day-to-day estimating operations
- Proven experience in residential volume/investment building
- Strong working knowledge of Databuild(essential)
- Previous leadership or senior estimating experience
- Solid procurement exposure
- A stable career history with strong tenure
- The ability to work full-time from the Gold Coast head office
