About the Role
You’ll join the estimating team and be responsible for pricing and tendering a range of commercial new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects. This role suits someone with strong subcontractor networks, excellent attention to detail, and the drive to help grow a business long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare initial estimating assessments of tenders.
- Break down trade packages and prepare subcontractor selection lists.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure scope clarity and programme alignment.
- Compare and analyse subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with subcontractors during the tender process.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator.
- Proven track record in commercial new build, refurb, and fit out projects.
- Solid subcontractor relationships.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Cubit software experience
- Commitment to long-term career growth with the business.
