We're on the lookout for a capable and detail-driven Estimator / Contracts Administrator
who knows the ins and outs of high-end residential projects and is looking to join a team where your input actually matters.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing accurate BOQs, take-offs and trade package comparisons
- Managing and coordinating sub-contractor quotes and procurement
- Drafting and managing contracts and variations
- Budget tracking and project cost reporting
- Working closely with the director and site teams to deliver standout projects
- Proven experience working on luxury homes – this is essential
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and estimating processes
- High attention to detail and a proactive, organized mindset
- Great communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team
- Ideally experience using estimating software
