With a steady pipeline of projects typically between $1M and $3M, you’ll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and thoughtful design.
This role is primarily estimating-focused, with exposure to scheduling and pre-construction planning. You’ll work closely with internal design and construction teams to ensure accurate cost planning and smooth progression from concept to contract.
Responsibilities:
- Full-scope estimating from early design through to final contract documentation
- Preparing Bills of Quantities, tender packages, and trade comparisons
- Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Reviewing and negotiating trade and supplier pricing
- Supporting scheduling, procurement, and pre-construction planning
- Assisting with value management and cost optimisation
About You:
- Proven experience estimating WA custom homes is essential
- Strong knowledge of single and double-storey construction
- Solid understanding of local construction methods, finishes, and Perth market rates
- Proficient with estimating software (Truth Engine desirable)
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
