This is an opportunity for an experienced Estimator who wants to work closely with a Director, be part of a small, high‑performing team, and genuinely influence project outcomes.
You’ll manage end‑to‑end estimating for bespoke residential builds, ensuring accuracy across BOQs, costings, variations and supplier pricing.
Working directly with the Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping project feasibility, maintaining cost control, and supporting the delivery of architecturally designed homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential estimating for custom homes
- Preparing detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns and tender packages
- Reviewing plans, specifications and engineering for accuracy
- Liaising with suppliers, trades and internal teams
- Managing variations and maintaining up‑to‑date cost databases
- Supporting the Director with pricing strategy and project planning
- Contributing to continuous improvement across estimating processes
- Strong estimating experience within residential construction
- High attention to detail and confidence working on bespoke projects
- Motivation to succeed, learn and grow within a tight‑knit team
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and take ownership
