A respected, design led custom home builder based in Perth is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their collaborative team.

Known for delivering one of a kind, architecturally inspired residences, this builder focuses on crafting high quality, double storey homes with originality, care, and precision.

With a steady pipeline of bespoke homes typically ranging from $1M to $3M, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across some of Perth’s most thoughtfully designed residential builds.

This is a predominantly estimating focused role with involvement across scheduling and pre-construction planning. You'll work closely with internal design and construction teams to ensure accurate cost planning and seamless project delivery from concept to contract.

Responsibilities:

• Full scope estimating from initial design through to final contract documentation
• Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities, tender packages, and trade comparisons
• Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Reviewing and negotiating trade pricing and supplier quotes
• Supporting early stages of scheduling and procurement strategies
• Assisting with value management and cost optimisation

• Proven experience estimating custom or high-end residential builds
• Strong knowledge of two storey construction is essential
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, finishes, and Perth market rates
• Experience using estimating software; Truth Engine experience desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
