We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator
to join a busy team delivering high-quality construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting project planning, and ensuring commercial success across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project scope, risks, and opportunities.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain quotes and ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive.
- Maintain and update cost databases, project records, and tender documentation.
- Support project managers in bid preparation, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, with exposure to fit-out, refurbishment, or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, finishes, materials, and cost structures.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
