This is a key position for an Estimator who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering accurate estimates that support quality homes and smooth project delivery.
The role will involve:
- Working closely with sales consultants, administration, construction, and scheduling teams
- Providing accurate pricing across all build stages, from sales through to construction
- Preparing detailed documentation for point of sale and contract administration
- Estimating across single and double-storey homes, units, rural and infill projects
- Pricing standard house models as well as site-specific costs including earthworks
- Completing margin analysis and maintaining accurate cost records
- Assisting with cost reconciliation in collaboration with the scheduling team
- 2 years’ estimating experience within residential or project home construction
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Practical, commercially minded and a clear communicator
- Highly detail-focused, numerate and diligent with strong CPU skills
- Experience across a range of construction types (double brick, timber frame, brick veneer)
