We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team delivering high-end Class 2 residential projects. This is a great opportunity to work on luxury builds with strong internal support and a collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates across a range of premium multi-residential projects, working closely with an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and take-offs
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and tender documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
- Supporting tender submissions and project budgeting
- Identifying cost risks and value engineering opportunities
- Proven experience in estimating (ideally within Class 2 / multi-residential)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost planning
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Salary up to $100,000 + super (depending on experience)
- Exposure to high-end, luxury residential projects
