With an exciting pipeline of projects across Melbourne, they are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for multi-residential, townhouse and commercial projects
- Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to prepare detailed pricing and identify project risks
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal team throughout the estimating process
- Prepare tender comparisons, budgets and pricing schedules, ensuring all submissions are accurate and commercially viable
- Minimum five years’ experience as an Estimator
- Proven experience working across multi residential projects valued $10m+
- A proven track record and high success rate of winning multiple tenders
- Strong cost management skills
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
