Our client is a well-established insurance builder on the Gold Coast seeking an experienced Estimator to join their office-based team. Working alongside two experienced estimators, you'll play a key role in preparing accurate repair estimates and ensuring projects are ready for delivery.
About the Role As an Insurance Building Estimator, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate repair estimates for insurance claims.
- Completing scopes of works using Prime Ecosystem and NData.
- Reviewing assessment reports, photographs and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with supervisors, assessors, suppliers and insurers.
- Ensuring estimates are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Assisting the wider estimating team with multiple projects across South East Queensland.
- Previous experience as an Insurance Building Estimator.
- Strong working knowledge of Prime Ecosystem and NData(essential).
- A trade background in carpentry or residential construction is highly regarded.
- Excellent knowledge of residential construction methods and repair processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full-time, permanent office-based role on the Gold Coast.
