We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning volume builder delivering approximately 300 homes per year across the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast corridor.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team and play a key role in pricing a high volume of turnkey and customised residential homes.
The Role You will be responsible for completing approximately 3–5 estimates per week, depending on the complexity of each project.
The homes range from standard turnkey designs of around 180m² through to highly customised homes with 40+ additional inclusions, providing plenty of variety in the role.
Importantly, you'll have access to excellent systems and processes to support you in achieving your targets efficiently and accurately.
About You We're looking for an Estimator who has:
- Experience estimating within the residential construction industry
- Ideally, experience with a volume builder
- Strong understanding of residential construction, costing and inclusions
- The ability to manage multiple estimates within tight timeframes
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience using Databuild, Onsite and Bluebeam
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- $100K+ + Super, depending on experience
- Permanent position with a highly regarded, award-winning builder
- Approximately 300 homes delivered annually
- Strong pipeline of work across the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast
