Key Responsibilities
- Prepare take‑offs and assist with BOQs for modular home projects
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate costing
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Assist with tender submissions and cost breakdowns
- Update estimating software and maintain accurate project records
- Support the Senior Estimator across all stages of the estimating process
- Experience in estimating OR a construction background with a desire to move into estimating
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Exposure to modular construction (advantageous but not essential)
- Salary up to $80k + super
- 1 day WFH after probation
