This is an opportunity to join this employer of choice, who very rarely hire, due to fantastic staff retention. This role would suit an experienced Estimator or a confident Scheduler, with 2 storey experience wanting the opportunity to move into Estimating.

About the role

As an Estimator, you’ll prepare and submit tenders for construction projects. Calculate quantity take-offs of materials whilst liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes. You'll also be responsible for revising estimates as necessary, following changes in project scope and keeping track of estimated vs actual project costs.

What you’ll bring
  • Experience in residential construction Scheduling or Estimating is essential (2 storey experience would be ideal)
  • A proactive and growth mindset and leadership potential
  • Detail-oriented approach to examining plans and specifications.
