Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities
- Develop and manage construction schedules
- Coordinate with site teams and suppliers
- Support procurement and project planning
- Provide guidance and advice to ensure project efficiency and quality
- Monitor compliance and asset performance
- Proven experience as an Estimator, Scheduler, or combined role in residential construction
- Comfortable taking ownership of a diverse, hands-on role
- Strong understanding of residential building methods and scheduling
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering long-term asset performance
