Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of residential repairs and maintenance works
- Deliver high-quality, first-time fixes with excellent customer service
- Diagnose repairs and prepare scopes of works with accurate costings
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors when required
- Work in line with Australian building codes and OH&S requirements
- Use mobile systems for job allocation and reporting
- Maintain professional communication with managers and customers
- Trade qualification with QBCC Licence or Cert IV in Building and Construction
- Strong skills in carpentry, plastering, and painting
- Full, valid Australian driver’s licence
- Experience in responsive maintenance or insurance repairs (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- $90k – $120k salary
- Company vehicle provided
