Working closely with senior leadership and an experienced civil construction operations manager, you’ll gain exposure to the commercial and operational sides of project delivery, with the opportunity to take ownership of your work and develop your skills across multiple areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing cost estimates covering quantities, materials, labour and subcontractor pricing.
- Assisting with project scheduling, resource allocation and delivery timeframes.
- Monitoring project costs and assisting with variations and progress tracking.
- Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, material orders and procurement.
- Managing purchase orders, invoices and supplier documentation.
- Assisting with progress claims, project records and general administration.
- Working closely with the operations team to coordinate project requirements.
- Providing support across both office and site environments.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and can manage competing priorities in a practical, fast paced environment.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in civil construction, estimating, project coordination or construction administration.
- An understanding of project costs, quantities, materials and subcontractor pricing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- A strong work ethic and an appreciation for planning and working efficiently.
