We are seeking an Estimator/Supervisor who is ready to step fully into the position and already has some exposure to the insurance sector.
If you’ve been working in a desktop-based insurance role and are wanting to transition into a more hands-on, site and client-focused position, training will be provided to help you move confidently into the role.

The Opportunity:
- Report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and insurance repairs.
- Deliver a high level of customer service, building relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Learn and utilise industry-leading repair management technology.
- Trade qualification.
- Experience estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs; exposure to the insurance sector advantageous.
- Knowledge of the National Construction Code, building regulations, and workplace health and safety.
