The Opportunity
- Executive support to the Managing Director
- Meeting scheduling and minute taking
- Diary and inbox management
- Liaising with internal and external staff and clients
- Oversee project timelines and provide ongoing support to ensure milestones are met and projects remain on track.
- Adhoc reporting and administration
- 4+ years experience supporting executive leadership
- Experience working for a Commercial Contractor, Building Supplier or Residential builder
- Is confident, diligent, methodical, uses discretion, takes initiative, and has key leadership skills
- Remains composed under pressure while staying highly organised
- Can work automatously and uses initiative
