Facade Foreman
An established and highly regarded commercial builder is looking for an experienced Facade Foreman to join the delivery team on a $130M+ luxury high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a major project with a well-resourced site team and take ownership of the facade package from installation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate facade subcontractors and trades on site
- Manage daily activities, sequencing and programme requirements
- Monitor quality, safety and workmanship
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team
- Drive the project through to successful completion
- Proven experience as a Facade Foreman / Facade Supervisor
- Strong experience across high-rise, apartment or major commercial construction
- Solid understanding of facade installation, sequencing and coordination
- Ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple work fronts
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, quality and safety
- $180K–$230K + Super, depending on experience
- Work on a $130M+ high-rise apartment project
