This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the rapidly expanding team. This business has almost tripled in the past 2 years, with a pipeline and plan for future progression.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Manage, develop, coach and lead a small team of direct reports in line with organisational frameworks
- Oversee your own facilties portfolio, overseeing all aspects of maintenance, repairs and improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and contract for facilities services
- Prepare, develop and implement a Facilities Master Plan in line with the Business Services and organisations strategic plan
- Overall facilities management of the portfolio, this includes reactive and preventative maintenance, and contracts management
- Work closely with the National WHS Business Partner to ensure all premises within the portfolio maintain compliant to relevant state and territory WHS legislation
- Proven leadership and communications skills
- Use of Aroflo
- A track record of managing stakeholder consultation
- An understanding of WHS (including fire safety and its implementation) in the workplace and its interpretation within a diverse nature of application
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Building Compliance codes and services
- Substantial experience managing a diverse range of assets ideally with aged care or healthcare exposure
- Appropriate tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded
