Our client are a small to medium sized family owned contractor, delivering detailed and bulk earthworks projects through the Pilbara, on behalf of large mining clients. With over two decades of exposure within the industry, they are a growing entity and a name continually getting recognition within the sector.
The Role
The role would see you an experienced supervisor with direct experience delivering both detailed and bulk earthworks across projects in the civil mining sector, including project delivery for camp extensions, and pipe installation works. Flying in and out on a 2:1 roster to the Pilbara, you will be managing a medium scale crew, with in house plant equipment.
To be Successful You Will Have:
- S26 Qualification (Already Completed & Essential)
- Senior First Aid Training (HLT009, HLT010, HLT011)
- 10 Years Experience Site Supervising.
- Experience Operating Excavators, Graders, Loaders, Dozers (Desirable).
- Ability to work on a 2:1 Roster.
- BHP & Rio Tinto Inductions (Required but not essential).
- Strong Leadership and communication skills.
- Base Salary $170,000 - $180,000 + Superannuation
