Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly margin reports and monthly profit and loss statements for the site
- Collaborate with site leaders to find opportunities to improve financial performance
- Be present on-site to help solve problems and drive ongoing improvements
- Manage budget planning, forecasting updates, and analyze any variances
- Support costing for new products and review performance after launch
- Assist with planning and reviewing capital projects
- Conduct monthly reviews of site overhead costs with leadership
- Participate in national projects when required
- 2+ years experience as a Finance Business Partner
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, and or transferable related industries may also be considered
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards, preferred
- Solid commercial understanding with strong analytical skills
- Able to communicate financial ideas clearly to different audiences
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
