With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, they are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our finance team.
The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple projects in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Month-end and year-end close processes
- Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Project accounting, including cost tracking and analysis
- Partnering with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assisting with audits and compliance requirements
- Driving process improvements across finance systems and reporting
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant (ideally within construction, property, or project-based environments)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience using Jobpac(highly desirable)
- Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
