Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the finishes 2 package;
- Scheduling works,
- Managing sub contractors and trades
- Manage project budgets and man hours
- Drive projects
- Technical support.
- A high level of building knowledge, in particular finishes
- Good people management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
- Track record of managing the finishes package on large projects
- Highly skilled in OH&S and IR
- Client-focused approach
- Melbourne based for 20+ years
- Turnover in excess of $1 billion locally
- Respected leadership team & excellent subbie relationships
- Projects up to $300 million
