Finishing Foreman
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a well-established and highly regarded construction and development business on a landmark $250M inner-city multi storey project.

As Finishing Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing the final stages of construction, coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard.
The Role:
- Managing and coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors
- Driving quality, programme and productivity across the finishing stages
- Coordinating trades to ensure works are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high-quality standards
- Managing defects, rectification works and project completion
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider project team
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety and quality requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within commercial construction or high-rise residential
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, construction sequencing and project delivery
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades on large-scale projects
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work effectively within a high-performing project team
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
