An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishes Foreman
to join a leading construction team on a prestigious $20 million new-build, multi-residential development. This project features high-end apartments
with exceptional architectural detail and premium finishes.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all finishing trades on-site to ensure quality workmanship, program compliance, and timely delivery. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the project’s high standards and driving successful completion through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate finishing trades including joinery, tiling, painting, and fit-out.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues proactively.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Maintain site documentation and contribute to short-term programming and planning.
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or similar role on high-end multi-residential or commercial projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple trades effectively.
- Trade background highly regarded.
