Finishing Foreman
Design & Build is working with a very well established tier 2 developer builder. I am looking for 4 finishing foreman to form part of a cohesive team. The applicants will work on an extremely high-end residential build project in Brisbane’s CBD. Monday to Friday work, with the occasional Saturday - one per month at the most.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and management of subcontractors
- All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
- Work well with you finishing team.
- Recent experience working on high end residential projects $20M+
- Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder
- Ability to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractors
- High level attention to detail
- Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
- QBCC licence is an advantage
- 3 year plus project
- Projects only in Brisbane
