We have an exciting short-term contract opportunity for an experienced Finishing Site Foreman
on a high-profile Melbourne CBD development. This is a hands-on role leading a team of trades and subcontractors to deliver a landmark project safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Role Details:
- Location: Melbourne CBD
- Contract: 8–12 weeks
- Rate:$70/hr + super
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, focusing on finishing trades
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate subcontractors and onsite teams
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain accurate site records and communicate progress with management
- Resolve site issues efficiently and liaise with project stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of finishing trades, construction processes, and OH&S regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant trade qualifications or construction management certifications
