Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
- Drive construction programs and short-term look-ahead schedules
- Maintain quality assurance and oversee defect management to handover
- Support cost control measures and deliver works within budget
- Enforce and promote site safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues
- Contribute to a high-performing and positive site culture
Requirements
- Recent experience working on high end residential or commercial build projects $20mill +
- Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
- Ability to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractors
- High level attention to detail
- Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
- QBCC licence is an advantage
