Finishing Foreman
Design & Build is working with a very well-established Queensland head contractor to fill permanent Finishing Foreman position. The successful applicant will work on a high-end residential build project on the outskirts of Brisbane’s CBD.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project timeline management
- Leading a team of two foreman
- Scheduling and management of subcontractors
- All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification
- Working collaboratively with your site and project managers
- Working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Recent experience working on high end residential or commercial build projects $20M+
- Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder
- Ability to plan, manage, and sequence finishing subcontractors
- High level attention to detail
- Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on luxury residential projects
- QBCC licence is an advantage
- Above industry salary package
- Mon to Friday. Share Saturdays amongst the team
