Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate trades on structural or finishes works
- Drive programme, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance on site
- Oversee quality and manage defects during construction
- Collaborate with Site Manager and project team to deliver outcomes
- Proven Foreman experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Strong structural and/or finishes expertise
- Ability to manage trades efficiently and maintain programme
