About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to take charge of a landmark $10M architectural residence in Sydney’s East. With a strong pipeline of high-end projects, you will have the opportunity to work on some of Sydney’s most remarkable homes, supported by a respected and established builder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site operations for an architecturally designed residential project.
• Oversee trades, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Drive the project to meet key milestones while maintaining impeccable standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with OH&S and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and trades for seamless project delivery.
• Foster a positive, high-performance site culture.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• At least 5+ years as a Site Foreman managing projects valued at $7M+.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Uncompromising attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
• Strong focus on site safety and team accountability.
