The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced high-end Foreman
to join the team on a prestigious $100M+ private guest house project located near Sydney's CBD. This four-storey luxury residence is being constructed for a high-net-worth client, featuring bespoke architectural elements and high-end finishes.
You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily site activities and managing subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Liaising with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to resolve on-site issues
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project management team
- Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and quality control are maintained throughout the build
- Proven experience as a Foreman on ultra high-end residential or commercial projects, ideally valued at $50M+
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to interpret and work from detailed construction drawings and specifications
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Competitive salary package up to $180,000, commensurate with experience
