Foreman
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for three experienced foremen to join our client’s business to be a part of a team of 5 foremen, reporting into one site manager. Our client is one of Australia's leading head D&C contractors. The initial project is an $80M health refurb project. You will be responsible for assisting a very experienced project team with driving subcontractors on site as well as assisting with site safety, toolbox talks, QA and dealing with any construction issues.
The project team consists of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, and Safety Officer who will work closely for successful project completion.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Worked on similar sized projects - $80M
- Health and/or refurbishment project experience is beneficial
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Able to work in team environment
- Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
- Monday to Friday work, with the potential to work 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks.
