We’re on the lookout for an experienced Foreman to join our team, delivering premium residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
This role is идеально suited to a strong Leading Hand or Junior Foreman who has successfully run smaller sites and is ready to step up into larger, high-value builds.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects valued at $1M+, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met. Working closely with project managers, trades, and clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional homes to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential construction, ideally high-end/custom builds
- Background in carpentry (trade qualified preferred)
- Experience running sites or acting as a leading hand on smaller projects
- Strong understanding of sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
- Ability to manage quality finishes and attention to detail expected in luxury builds
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Salary up to $135K + super (depending on experience)
