We are an award-winning residential builder specialising in architecturally designed homes, delivering high-quality projects up to $6M across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Foreman / Hands-On Site Manager to take ownership of bespoke residential builds and drive projects from start to finish.
The Role You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on when required. These are detail-driven, high-spec builds where quality, coordination, and communication are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Maintain strong site safety and compliance practices
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager in high-end residential construction
- Strong background delivering architecturally designed homes
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to lead from the front
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Relevant trade qualification preferred
