We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor
to oversee a major construction and remedial project in Coffs Harbour. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected commercial construction company, on a $1 million commercial project.
About the Role
As the on-site Foreman / Supervisor, you'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring WHS compliance, and delivering quality workmanship on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to scope and standards
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager
- Conduct site inductions and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and consultants as required
- Maintain accurate site records and daily diaries
- Proven experience in a Foreman/Site Supervisor role on commercial construction/remedial projects
- Strong understanding of remedial processes (concrete repair, façade work, beach access, roofing etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Current White Card and relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and safety
