We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee a major construction and remedial project in Coffs Harbour. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected commercial construction company, on a $1 million commercial project.

About the Role
As the on-site Foreman / Supervisor, you'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring WHS compliance, and delivering quality workmanship on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to scope and standards
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and consultants as required
  • Maintain accurate site records and daily diaries
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a Foreman/Site Supervisor role on commercial construction/remedial projects
  • Strong understanding of remedial processes (concrete repair, façade work, beach access, roofing etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Current White Card and relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and safety
