My client is a well-established commercial construction company specialising in hospitality projects, delivering high-quality new build and fast-paced fit-outs across Western Sydney. Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, my client is seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
This role would suit a hands-on leader who thrives in live environments, understands tight hospitality programmes, and takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Projects include hotels, motels, pubs, clubs, and other hospitality venues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising site activities from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Ensuring works comply with WHS, quality, and programme requirements
- Interpreting drawings and resolving on-site issues
- Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and consultants
- Driving productivity and maintaining a clean, organised site
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor within hospitality, commercial fit-out, or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of hospitality fit-outs and new build processes
- Ability to manage fast-track programmes and live environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality finishes
- Strong construction software knowledge such as Procore, Hammertech, Aconex
- Current White Card (essential)
- Trade background preferred but not essential
