We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join a leading commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering a major healthcare project in South Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a complex hospital fit out within a live operational environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site and Project Managers, subcontractors and client stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily site supervision and coordination of trades and subcontractors
- Managing works within a live hospital environment with minimal disruption to operations
- Driving programme, quality and safety outcomes on site
- Conducting toolbox talks, site inductions and safety inspections
- Coordinating deliveries, logistics and access requirements
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Liaising with hospital representatives, consultants and project stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to the project team
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on commercial fit out, refurbishment or healthcare projects
- Previous experience working within live environments is essential
- Healthcare, hospital or medical facility project experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality and programme management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage project delivery on site
- Trade qualification preferred
- Current White Card
