Foreman – Commercial New Build
Design & Build are searching for an experienced foreman to join a well-established team on a commercial new build project. This is a long-term position, with Design & Builds client having a large pipeline of confirmed projects around Brisbane.
You will be responsible for assisting an experienced project team with driving subcontractors on site as well as assisting with site safety, toolbox talks, QA and dealing with any construction issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Worked on commercial new Build Projects in Australia valued between $10M - $30M
- Can display continuity of work on your resume
- Excellent subbie management skills
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Able to work in team environment
- Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
