The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced General Foreman to join the team on a $90M high-end apartment development on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
This flagship project features premium finishes, complex services integration and detailed architectural elements. You will play a key role in driving site performance, leading foremen and subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout delivery.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily construction activities across multiple trade packages
- Driving short-term programming and sequencing to maintain construction momentum
- Coordinating structural works, façade installation and services integration
- Maintaining strict QA processes, particularly around high-end finishes
- Leading toolbox talks, subcontractor meetings and daily site briefings
- Ensuring HSEQ compliance and promoting a strong safety-first culture
- Supporting site reporting, logistics coordination and consultant liaison
- Trade-qualified (carpentry preferred) with strong technical expertise
- 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role on multi-residential developments
- Proven experience delivering apartment projects valued at $50M+
- Strong leadership skills managing multiple supervisors and subcontractors
- Deep understanding of structural sequencing, façade systems and services coordination
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused approach to site delivery
- Salary package up to $250,000, depending on experience
