  • Maintaining accurate project records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Supporting the bulk earthworks division with project administration and commercial reporting.
  • Attending site visits to gain practical project exposure and assist with contract management activities.
  • Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
What we're looking for:
  • Recently completed Certificate IV in Construction Management or similar construction-related qualification.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in civil construction and contract administration.
  • Basic understanding of construction contracts, project administration, and commercial processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with project teams and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Current driver's licence preferred.
What's on offer:

  • Structured career development and progression opportunities.
  • Exposure to all aspects of project delivery, commercial management, and contract administration.
  • Competitive salary package and supportive team culture.
