We are currently seeking an experienced Green Star Administrator / Sustainability Assistant for an immediate-start short-term contract on a large off-the-plan apartment development in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
This project involves a 166-unit, multi-storey residential development comprising 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, delivered by a leading Tier 1 developer (confidential).
About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and compilation of documentation for a Green Star submission, supporting the project team to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements.
The initial contract is expected to run for 4 weeks, with potential to extend depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling and coordinating documentation for Green Star submissions
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
- Reviewing sustainability evidence and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with general sustainability and compliance administration
About You
- Proven experience with Green Star submissions(essential)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and document control skills
- Available for immediate start
- Previous experience on large residential or mixed-use projects preferred

- Pay rate $45 - $65 per hour DOE
