The Company:
This well-established and rapidly growing Tier 2 builder specialises in new build commercial projects
across Sydney, including large-scale office buildings, education facilities, retail precincts and mixed-use projects. Known for their strong pipeline of projects and excellent company culture, they continue to grow year-on-year.
The role will be roaming based. Monday - Friday with a rostered Saturday.
As the HSE Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Site based - Sydney Metro
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
- Ensure legislation is adhered to
- Ensuring all sites are compliant with current Quality regulations
- Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors
- Conduct reviews and risk analysis
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 2 + years experience in HSE commercial construction - Units preferred open to New build commercial
- Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
