The Role:
We're on the lookout for an HSE Advisor who thrives in a dynamic site-based role. You’ll be on site Monday - Saturday.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans
- Delivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
- Building relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Leading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actions
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety(a must!)
- 12 + Months experience in a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sites
- Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Previous experience on unit builds or large-scale commercial projects is ideal
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
