This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you’ll be the go-to person for staff and leaders on site across regional WA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver HR reporting to support workforce decisions
- Support demobilisation and smooth employee transitions
- Coordinate re-deployment across projects and teams
- Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and close-outs
- Work across workflows to ensure coverage of vacant roles
- Participate in weekly demob meetings and drive redeployment solutions
- Provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout workforce changes
- Support planning to keep projects and teams running smoothly
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor role
- At least 2/3 years in a Civil/Mining HR Role preferable
- Strong employee relations capability
- Confident advising leaders and handling sensitive matters
- Able to hit the ground running
